We first realized something was up when checking the tracker and it went from quality check to prepping your order meaning it went from done to being made again. So I called cause thats weird the girl I spoke to said there's a glitch in the system your foods on its way. Mind you We had already been waiting a while I called at 7:45. 8:15 comes around i call back cause we still dont have our food and at this point im annoyed cause its been 2 hours since we placed our order and I said this is kinda ridiculous I get it your busy but over 2 hours is ridiculous to wait for 2 pizzas. She didn't give me any apologies or offers for their delay just said nothing she could do. I was like fine and hung up. We finally got our food at 8:30 and shocker its cold.

I placed an order online less than five minutes later accidentally rushing to get food ordered I have hungry kids in a blizzard. They cancel the order without calling to discuss my options or offer any customer service. I send my oldest to pick up both of our orders and mines canceled! This is beyond unprofessional and a complete disregard for customer service, satisfaction, or even basic effort.
