  This why no one wants to tip anymore cause it's expected and even on top of delivery fee and then you pay tip and they are trashy drivers who deliver a ripped up bag with garlic dipping sauce hanging on for dear life and a coke just out and 2 missing sauces that were important for how I eat it cause the stuffed crust needed marinara and I'm 37 weeks pregnant struggling to eat dry food and after years since I have a 2 year old finally decided to get something I actually wanted not just safe options everyone wants and they ruin it ... Then of course it's the one time they leave me on hold for 10 minutes no answer ... I waited over an hour just to get this ;-; I just wanted one happy thing before I give birth one thing for me...y'all ruined my night and I've already been struggling ... Y'all don't take pride in your job and that's sad ... Order was 03/03/2026 delivered around 10:20pm on a Tuesday ... Whoever cooked it was skimping but it was cooked fine ... Whoever delivered deserves to have shame .... all of it

  January 31st I ordered around 12 o'clock. I checked out thru my account on the app and paid 34.73 thru PayPal. Monday came around and my payment was switched to my cash app account and the amount changed to 38.00. my money wasn't on that account so it charged my bank and gave me a 27.50 overdraft fee. I called the store immediately andspoke to the manager. A man answered got my info said he'd call me back and took my information down. He never called me back. Just now a whole week later on the 8th of February they attempted to charge my cash app again where I still don't have the money there and made my bank account overdraft again. There's a glitch or something somewhere because my amount was supposed to be 34.73 thru PAYPAL. The same manager answered and said he told me to call my bank which he never did. Asked for HRs number and reluctantly gave me it after I told him I couldn't find it online that I already tried looking for it. So now I'm out over 55 bucks because of a glitch? Oh and another 38.00 cause they think my bill was 38.00 when I checked out at 34.73?

  After the experience I had this evening, I will no longer be going to this location after ordering from here very often. Sometimes 3 times a week I ordered a pizza for carry out at 5 pm. Showed up to the store at 6pm to be told there’s a full 2 hour wait on carryouts. The employee told me that it was store policy to prioritize deliveries. 7 employees in the store, not one could help me with a single pizza. Not a single person apologiesed or even acted like anything was wrong . There’s a huge culture problem at this store. Not a single person working tonight deserved to be there. Constant complaints, arguing and fighting. No customer service. No resolve. I cancelled my order and reordered at the pontoon location. Food there was quick and easy with a friendly staff. They will have my business moving forward. It’s been a couple months and I came back to edit my comment. I’d like to take even more stars away, as there is no care for Customer support at this location. No one’s reached out, no one’s taken accountability. This store needs to be shut down. Absolute disgrace.
