Sometimes 3 times a week I ordered a pizza for carry out at 5 pm. Showed up to the store at 6pm to be told there’s a full 2 hour wait on carryouts. The employee told me that it was store policy to prioritize deliveries. 7 employees in the store, not one could help me with a single pizza. Not a single person apologiesed or even acted like anything was wrong . There’s a huge culture problem at this store. Not a single person working tonight deserved to be there. Constant complaints, arguing and fighting. No customer service. No resolve. I cancelled my order and reordered at the pontoon location. Food there was quick and easy with a friendly staff. They will have my business moving forward.
