Every time I’ve visited, my food has been ready on time, hot, and fresh. I’ve placed both in-person and online orders, and both have gone smoothly without any issues. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if I’ve just been one of the lucky ones. If it helps, I typically stop by on Mondays or Tuesdays for the $0.70 wing specials and occasionally the voodoo fries. All in all, my experiences have been solid, so I’d say it’s worth giving it a try… just maybe aim for the early-week wing deals to at least save cost.

I called to place an order first took 5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, after the lady picked up the phone she placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will never come back. Store dirty trash all over the floor tables dirty and the pop machine didn’t have multiple soft drinks.. HORRIBLE…

Poor customer service and management. This would’ve been my 3rd time ordering from this location and I was trying to support a local business in my community, but each time the wings were under cooked, so this time I tried to elect cooked hard. As I mentioned I wanted to support this location instead of going to Lansing, but since I can’t place the order for Glenwood. I changed the location to Lansing and was able to order online. The Glenwood location needs to do better. Where is the management?
