I was told there was no way to refund the order because the register “does not have a refund button,” which does not seem accurate. The staff refused to give me my money back because they did not want to remake the order. Mistakes happen, but refusing to cancel an order that was not yet accepted and keeping the customer’s money is unacceptable. This experience reflects very poorly on the management at this location.
