They are rude and always tried to force people to use the self kiosk. I often hear other customers agitation as well. Sometimes the dining room is closed during lunch and they don't say why. This is the closest T Bell to me but I go further 8840 Waukegan because they treat me at least average. Don't give your business to this location.
