The other (female) employee is very nice and professional. I ask for her to attend me because she is very attentive and polite with all the customers. The franchise owner of this location should witness this manager’s unprofessionalism. They need a new manager that truly cares about customer service and it’s employees!!!
- KRK RoJun 7, 20251.0I have been a customer of this location for a while and it upsets me to announce this location should shut the doors for good. Please avoid at all cost. I Walked in on my lunch break i just wanted to buy some chips when I asked for a water I was given a 7 minute lecture about how much it costs the so called "owner" to buy plastics cups. Also how inconsiderate it was of me if wasn't going to buy a whole sandwich. Mind you paying $1.89 for a baked bag of chips is damn near a donation in itself but that's a separate conversation. I proceed to hand the woman at the counter back this financial liability (the cup in question). I was only met with a sour scoff and a childish moan. If the recuperation of this cup was worth losing my 15 years of business I definitely hope it was worth the drama. If you do eat here for the owners sake B.Y.O.C (bring your own cup).
