Once we sat down, the lack of cleanliness became very clear—carpets had food and napkins everywhere, the drink station was messy with old spills, and the food-prep area looked disorganized. A member of our group also found the restroom completely out of toilet paper in all stalls, with floors so sticky her shoes were catching. Even after an employee came out to the dining area, none of the mess was addressed. This was unfortunately one of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to, and I don’t plan to return, though the sandwich staff themselves were polite and trying to keep things moving.
