  When my grandma that just so happens to be my mom‘s aunt and my siblings’s girlfriend was so impressed with the Zabi Halal menu and all the delicious pork, fish, scallops, and lobster. It was so succulent and juicy, and the Puerto Rican rice was absolutely to die for.

  Ordered breakfast towards the end of service time, and were told when we pulled into drive-thru for pickup that they didn't make our order - to close to end of breakfast - saying we "should have called".

  We have experienced repeated order accuracy and service issues at the Glenview McDonald’s on Waukegan over an extended period, and unfortunately this weekend’s visit was another example. And it ruined my children’s evening. I’ve advised my kids to avoid this restaurant location if they don’t want to be further disappointed. It’s not worth continued issues and disappointment. This evening, we ordered four cheeseburgers. Despite confirming the order three separate times after staff initially stated it was for two, we ultimately received fewer than ordered. When we raised the issue, we were told to drive back to the restaurant to receive the missing items. A refund was requested due to the inconvenience, but we were told that could only be handled by the general manager the following day, which is unreasonable. This is not an isolated incident. Over the past few years, we have experienced numerous failed orders, including cheeseburgers served without cheese, incorrect toppings added despite clear receipt instructions, and missing items. At least two orders have been incorrect in the past three months alone, and an estimated five to ten over the past couple of years. McDonald’s is known for consistency and reliability, which is why customers choose it. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short. At this point, we are reconsidering whether to continue patronizing this restaurant unless meaningful corrective action is taken to improve accuracy and service.

  Guys if you have another McDonald’s closer to you go there not here they have gotten every single order wrong and I’ve had to go back and get the right order. They can’t even get a happy meal right.

  I'd like to highlight the cleanliness of this McDonald's location, as well as the friendly staff and excellent product quality. It's a very pleasant experience at this establishment.
