Given the price over $65 for one entrée I felt it was reasonable to ask for it to be prepared correctly. I mentioned the issue to the staff and was brought a replacement steak. However, the second steak appeared to be a response in poor taste, it was extremely undercooked, closer to rare, and clearly not a good faith attempt to correct the original mistake. The first steak had no visible pink, and the second was barely seared on the outside with a raw interior. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable raising another concern, as the intent behind the second steak felt retaliatory rather than accommodating. The server was adequate, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. For the price and quality, I would have had a better and more consistent meal elsewhere perhaps even at a more casual steakhouse like Texas Roadhouse. I won’t be returning.

The staff, bartender were all very welcoming and the service was great. There was a live performance going on in which the singer engaged with the patrons to add to the performance. Everyone was having a blast.
