  This is the only location I’ve ordered from that takes an extremely long time with delivery. It’s frustrating because I order at least 45 minutes ahead of my lunch, and I almost always have to wait until my last break to eat my food. Not to mention when the food comes it’s not fresh because it obviously has been sitting. It sucks because I can’t select a different location when ordering. I also have never received just simply apology from the store, that would go a long way.

  This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have had the displeasure to order from. Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my work. The sandwiches are usually incorrect and I have waited over 2 hours multiple times to get my order. Recently I ordered the limited time chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes. Not only were there tomatoes on it but someone added onions as well. Not advertised with onions and didn’t have an option to remove them because there wasn’t supposed to be any! Ruined the sandwich. Go somewhere else!
