  The store is usually a great place to shop. However, the reason behind my low rating is due to 2 staff members who typically work in the Osco end of the store near the alcohol and vitamin section. I am often at the Pharmacy waiting for prescriptions when I notice these 2 employees. They are a man and woman, both appearing to be of South Asian/Indian descent, and both appearing to be in the late 40s or early 50s. I'm not sure if they are siblings or a married couple but they are usually together working. Anytime a customer (myself included) asks them a question, they both roll their eyes and sigh as if they're being bothered and clearly agitated. I've witnessed them doing this to other customers as well. I witnessed an elderly woman ask a question of the male employee, and he stormed off and briskly asked another employee "would you help this lady?" He then stormed off, clearly agitated and went back to stocking shelves, slamming products onto the shelves. I've seen the woman employee with the same behavior towards customers, particularly older customers. The other disturbing behavior that I've seen from these 2 individuals, is that they sometimes point at customers and appear to be saying things in their own language about that customer and mocking them behind their backs. I've spoken to other people who've had the exact same experience with these 2 problematic employees. Some people (including myself) will no longer even bother asking a question of these 2 individuals and will go out of our way to other kinder, more professional employees even if they are aisles away to get assistance. I feel that it would be in the store's best interest to monitor these 2 problematic employees. The employees on the floor are the face of the company and can help consumers decide if they want to come back to the location or choose other Jewel Osco stores in the area. I would highly recommend that a Manager discreetly watch them to observe their rude, offensive behavior firsthand. This will only improve customer relations if the store can provide coaching and/or corrective action to the aforementioned employees. Thank you for the opportunity to share this rather unpleasant experience and I hold out hope that the Store Director and Management will govern the employees in question accordingly.

  The cashier at this store are the rudest I ever encountered. It happened a few times. Compared to other stores like Costco, Target, Marianos, this store has the worst of the worst.

  Unfortunately, this is my local jewel. I do order pick up multiple times a month from the store. Every single time there is a problem with my order. Things are missing. I get the wrong product items are expired every week. My time is wasted shopping at the store. Maybe I should consider doing order pick up only at target as they never have a problem.
