  Ordered 2 sandwiches and 6 bagels. Got 4/6 bagels incorrect, and 1 sandwich missing. Never again.

  I came at 6:05 expecting to be prepared to order before work. Doors were locked, lights were off, and I had to call just so they could let me in 15 minutes later. Their opening staff needs to do a better job.

  When I arrived I was not greeted by anyone and had to stand there for about 15 mins to be helped. It was completely empty and when I finally got a chance to order with a lady with semi grey hair and a cap on she was taking my order. After asking her for extra cream cheese on a bagel that already had cream cheese she told me she could not do that. I almost became the customer that says I do this all the time because I truly do and there has never been an issue. I decided to let it go. I sat for another 15 mins waiting on bagel with again no one else in the store. Everytime I looked up to see if my order was ready this same lady was starring at me and laughing to her coworkers. Definitely not a store I want to come back to.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It is 7:00 am, lights are all off, and this place opens at 6:00 am. The baker was there and was kind but management is a joke. I have had multiple instances where this place was either slow or didn’t care about their customers, but this is the first time I am writing about it. I ordered a bagel, the online pick up took my money, and I left with no food. No notice on why the facility is closed.
