  Ordered a berry blue lemonade refresher and strawberry daydream refresher taste was amazing and service was great very friendly and pleasant the ladies went above and beyond

  Extremely unsanitary and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’. The restroom was overflowing with dirty wastewater coming out of the toilet, creating a serious health hazard. The entire floor was contaminated and the smell was unbearable. I had an emergency and politely asked the employees if another restroom could be opened. I even offered to pay if needed, but they refused and said no other bathroom could be opened. No customer should have to deal with such unsafe and unhygienic conditions. This location seriously needs better management and immediate attention to sanitation.

  Dunkin at Glenview 1750 Milwaukee Ave, they have superb staff especially SABA and NITYA both were outstanding when it comes to handling customers when i was in store the store it was so busy they were just two of them handling drive thru and front, though it was so busy customers left delightfully without waiting in long queues, both deserves award for the best customer service and for there support their manager FARIDA stood like a pillar managing the store , kudos team way yo go, amazing job

  Every time I stop by to buy something, everyone is soooo friendly. The coffees are well-made and even when the drive-thru is busy, they still serve the " pretty and delicious" coffee. I love the staff's attitude, especially the lady you pay at the drive-thru. The place is clean and with variety always. Honestly, I wasn't a Dunkin' Donuts fan, but this place makes me come back at least twice a week.
