Went in late afternoon this past week and was greeted to find the Manager Vee walking around behind the counter with just HER BARE FEET!! And If that isn’t disgusting enough, she aggressively cussed out her employee scooping my ice cream right in-front of the customers. Will not be coming back to this establishment, at least until the management situation is resolved.

But the place is humid, kinda smells, looks and feels dirty, and the icecream is super soft, like melting soft, and not the good kind of melting soft. Also the lady who was putting icecream into my cone didn’t wear gloves, and her hand touched the ice cream in the bins and my ice cream. She was on her phone beforehand and didn’t wash her hands either.. Gagged internally. I still ate it. I didn’t spend $10 for nothing. Super disappointed in this place. If you want Ben n Jerry’s just get the ice cream from a grocery store that’s packaged. If you want ice cream in glenview go to the froyo place across the street, same prices, feels and probably is cleaner too.
