Waited 10 minutes to even be looked at while the 2 workers only attended to the drive-thru which was only 2 cars to begin with. Was told that they "couldn't" do my latte in a hot version only cold which was completely not true because I've gotten it hot from other Dunkins. Lastly, the unisex bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Urine all over the floors, poop in toilets and they smelled like a zoo. Appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks. I will pass by this Dunkin every time going forward.
