Even though I paid for everything, she barely added any tuna to my sub and didn’t include the sauces I asked for. On top of that, she was literally counting the napkins and seemed hesitant to give me more when I requested them. She came across as very stingy, even after I paid extra.

I could’ve just bought bread and toasted it at that point. And I tried to redeem my birthday cookie which no purchase is necessary as said on the birthday cookie coupon and this same lady tried forcing me to buy something. This location was really good before but now it’s terrible.
