Let me get this straight… am I paying for coffee or am I paying for a cup full of ice? Cold brew is already cold. Ice just waters it down. The fact that a customer can’t order coffee the way they want especially something this simple is insane. Instead of accommodating a basic request, they acted like it was some kind of forbidden rule to serve coffee without ice. If I wanted diluted coffee, I’d add water myself. I came here to buy coffee, not a science experiment or a corporate policy lesson. Terrible customer service, zero flexibility, and a great way to lose customers over something unbelievably stupid. Won’t be back.
