  The manager that was on shift when we ordered is so unprofessional. It’s Easter, so after a busy day chasing our kids and enjoying time with the family we wanted a quick snack and some good smoothies. Literally all we ordered was a large fry and 2 large strawberry banana smoothies. As she hands us 2 small smoothies we nicely said those were supposed to be large. She sat there like she had no idea what to do. We offered to just pay the difference to get the large but in response we got “uhhh one second” the “manager” comes over and said no you ordered medium. First. They don’t even serve medium size smoothies so that wouldn’t even make sense. Secondly he cut us off multiple times while we were ordering and even had us repeat it again. He proceeded to argue with us about whether or not we asked for a large. Seeing as I’m literally a manager myself, I know you NEVER argue with a customer. So I looked At him and said well as a manager you shouldn’t argue with the customers. He had the nerve to say “oh I’m not arguing with you.”. Whatever. I then Ask for his name and instead of saying it he points at his name tag that’s covered by a vest. Because I couldnt see it I asked Him again. He said “it’s right here”. Moral of the story Ya Ya should not be a manager. He has poor customer service and even after arguing with us instead of just making it right he charged us for 3 sauce packets to “even out the amount.” The smoothies were so chunky with ice too. Never again will I come Here.

  Ordered for pick up and didn’t receive half my order, I called the location and they wouldn’t give me a refund.

  On my way to church I purchased a vanilla latte. Upon tasting it when I arrived for Sunday school, I realized it was plain coffee. After church I returned to the McDonald’s with the coffee to have it replaced. What I encountered was a disrespectful, rude female manager who said “What?!” after I explained why I was there. In addition she gave me a look of disdain as if I were in the wrong for returning it. I had to take a quick moment and pray to not react to her rudeness. I politely explained I made the purchase through the app and asked if she needed to see a receipt. She said she did not. Another person remade my latte. Upon receiving the corrected order the manager nor the person who remade the latte apologized for the error. I got her attention and asked if she were the manager before writing this review. She stated she was the manager. The customer service at this location is horrible and disrespectful at best. She is setting the example for her staff to be disrespectful as well as evident with the other person plopping down the remade order and walking away. This occurred on Sunday, 3/1/2026 at approximately 1:45 pm.

  I had a very positive experience at this McDonald’s location. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant appeared clean, organized, and well-maintained. The dining area, counters, and beverage station were tidy, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff take pride in keeping the space presentable, which made my visit more enjoyable. The ordering process was smooth and efficient. The team members were polite, professional, and attentive, whether interacting at the counter or managing drive-thru orders.
