What really makes this location stand out though is Frank’s customer service. Frank is always friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is right. You can tell he actually cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The food and service is what keeps me coming back. Easily one of the best Wingstops in the area.

Everybody was trying to either cancel or frantically looking for an update about their order status. After struggling to find a tiny spot in their parking lot, I went inside and canceled my order. Person at the cashier was saying that they had a problem with ordering system. Some people were questioning why they didn't get any feedback about this issue since they placed their orders more than 7 hrs ago to pickup at 7 PM. I am not going back to this location anymore.

They are always disorganized, and have no system for keeping track of orders. The employee said they could only see ten hours at a time, and had no way of giving a time line for uber eats or door dash placed orders. Please do not come to this location during peak times such as playoff, Super Bowl etc. I’ve been the last several years, to this location and it is always the same thing. I will never , ever place a catering order here again. Please expect to wait 45-min to uber an hour if you place your order well in advance. The employees were lackadaisical and seemed like they did not care. Being busy and having a lot of order is not an excuse to be inefficient and have people wait over an hour for their food . YOU JAVE BEEN WARNED!
