Our most recent debacle: two employees told me that I needed a special app to get a Primo water replacement. We went to another Jewel down the road and had zero issues.

Got a family meal of fried chicken, it was dry as heck, the breading was very bizarre and had a taste like the oil hadn't been changed recently enough or the chicken was going off before it was fried. Everyone who ate it was on the toilet shortly after. Staff behind the deli counter couldn't be bothered to serve the customers either. Truly a disappointing experience. Something recently has changed with the quality of the fried foods behind the counter, and it's concerning. I have to assume that the workers behind the counter who don't act like they care about the customer don't care about what they're preparing for the customers. Won't buy from behind this deli counter again.
