    Tere were four people behind the counter and none of them acknowledged me. I ended up sitting down after waiting for five minutes, even though no one else was in line. I tried again a bit later and finally got help, but it took way too long. Worst customer service ever. I like Dunkin', but I hate when this happens.

    The staff ignored me and my order while taking care of everyone else. There is no reason an online preorder should have to wait ten min in the store without receiving their items

    Worst customer service I've experienced but that's the issue with most of the local Dunkin donuts. Prices are almost as much as Starbucks at this point so not worth your time or money. They don't even acknowledge customers and when they do there is no semblance of customer service. I wish we could go back to before covid when people knew how to treat each other with a little respect
