  I placed an order online - been doing that for the last few months. I pulled up to the drive thru and the screen popped up saying my order was ready so I pulled up. Never seen this before and thought it was a new feature and followed what the screen told me. Pulled up and the girl asked for money and so I mentioned what the screen said and that I placed a drive thru order. She went off and said she didn’t tell me anything and my order wasn’t ready. I told her that attitude wasn’t necessary and just was following what the screen told me. I came back around and pulled up to the screen and said my name and it was ready. This was 30 seconds. My stuff was ready. I am not sure what she was trying to prove but that was so unnecessary to start someone’s day that way. I told her that and she had nothing to say. I hope she has the days she deserves - her attitude was so uncalled for and they shouldn’t have this on their screen if they are going to respond that way. Took a bite out of my food and it’s not even cooked. So they even just retaliated in a terrible way.

  Zero filling in the donut. Corporate needs to address this cause rooking the customer is not fair, now the owner of this location must take the hit for this greed. Actually I won’t go back to any Dukin since I’ve been to other locations same issue. Bye

  I was surprised and disappointed to be charged for a cup of tap water at this Dunkin’ location. Charging customers for basic tap water feels unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially when many people are already purchasing food or drinks. It left a negative impression and doesn’t align with the customer-friendly experience Dunkin is trying to promote. I will be reaching out to your corporate office to let them know and express my disappointment.

  Especially considering they have to push a button to let anyone into the bathroom, the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom is disgusting. How do you clog a urinal? How is there dried urine and feces under the toilet seat? People eat here. Be glad I chose not to include a picture.

  I couldn’t believe the way I was spoken too today this morning, I usually go there every Monday and order the same thing never had an issue all! the ladies are very nice but TODAY there was this lady there that I have never seen before and I ordered online at 8:47 & then I got to the Dunkin at 9:10 ish?? So I was late due traffic anyways I get there and I see on the ordering board it said Victor ur order is ready! Soooo I just drive to the window (done this before and never had and issue) i get to the window and I can see the lady looking at me but won’t come to the window she’s kinda just moving around doing other things so im like ok im sure they’re just busy so i wait and wait then after time passed she comes to the window WITH THE WORST ATTITUDE and she says that if i said my name im like huh my name girly what do u mean the order board said my stuff was ready she goes NO DID U SAY UR NAME ! im like no.. i got an alert it was ready and that my name was up and said it was ready .. and she was FURIOUS like i mean i felt like a little kid getting yelled at i never got nasty with her i just tried to explain and she would scream at me and say “ OH MY GOD DO U NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!!!! And GRUNT!!! And said I need to GO NACK AROUND THE DRIVE THRU AND SAY MY NAME I’m like but I’m already here and my order is ready the board said it’s ready but i kept it cool because who needs that that early but it was very disrespectful and condescending on her part also there was this lady there who I almost always see she said hi I’m so sorry gave me my order that was right there ready and apologized for her behavior so I’m grateful for that and i will never go to that Dunkin again.
