I had a dunking donut discount coupon with me and when I said that I have a coupon, he started to talk to me in annoyingly and rude behavior. Then still I ordered egg and cheese croissant without bacon and this guy refused to give me without the bacon. I said that I don’t want bacon because I don’t eat it but he said that he will not give without the bacon in a rude tone. When I go to all other Dunkin’s , they all gave me without bacon and this is the only place in the world who tried to force me to eat bacon . I was visiting here many years for my coffee but I will never visit here and I will not recommend this place with rude employees

I noticed they did however charge me and then I called the location to see if I could get a refund. The girl that answered said her manager wasn't there she would leave a note. I was okay with that. I never received a call back or a refund of any kind and it was a 40$ order. Very disappointed that no one reached out.

A male employee was taking my order, and when I asked if there were any muffins available, he told me they were completely out. However, when I pulled up to the window to pay, I could clearly see muffins on the trays behind the counter. I did not care which muffin I received, but being given false information felt dishonest and unprofessional. I asked the female employee working at the window for his name because I felt this behavior was misleading and should be addressed. Employees representing the company should be honest with customers, and this situation should be taken seriously by management. I asked for his name and he said Christian. Please take accountability with the people you hire.

Pulled up to the drive through saw one of the workers throwing out garbage at the dumpster on Tuesday, December second at approximately 10:03am the drive-through woman with the headset, followed this man to the dumpster, proceeded to throw something away. I was sitting at the speaker waiting to place my order. After she walked all the way back into the building, she took my order and when I drove around to the window. I see her handling food and drinks and she never washed her filthy garbage hands!! Check the cameras! The food quality was terrible. And My coffee was BURNT!! Wth... This is a coffee stop... There should always be fresh coffee!! Management needs to get on top of quality control and employee hygiene!! Never going to this location again!! I advise you to avoid it. The gentleman who took my payment was nice. Overall I was really grossed out and wasted my money. This was my experience.
