  My wife and I recently visited Einstein Bros. Bagels and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We ordered the All-Nighter Egg Sandwich and the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with perfectly baked bagels. You can really tell everything is made fresh, which makes a big difference. We also tried the White Chocolate Egg Sugar Cookie, and it was the perfect treat to finish our meal. It was very tasty and not overly sweet, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great bagels and coffee!

  I’ve made three separate online orders to this store purchasing extra meat on my bagel sandwich and every single time they don’t put the extra meat and just make it normally despite the ticket saying it. Today I decided to actually check before leaving the store, and of course, no meat. I told them they forgot it and they just seemed annoyed to actually have to make it. Won’t return to this location.

  This was my first time visiting Einstein Bros. Bagels since moving to the U.S. from London, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I was placing an order for my family and waiting on a text from my wife to confirm what she and the kids wanted. As the messages came through, I needed to make a couple of small changes to the order. The employee taking the order became visibly annoyed, huffing, puffing, and tapping the counter while I was still ordering. When I changed the type of bagel for my own order at the last second, he reacted the same way again. At that point I asked what the problem was, and he just mumbled under his breath. I asked to speak to a manager and he went into the back. When the manager came out, the situation still wasn’t handled professionally and no real effort was made to address the issue. I asked several times for the employee’s name and was only given it after repeatedly asking. His name was Ben. The whole experience felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving without buying anything. For a first visit, this was extremely disappointing customer service.
