    No one approached me at the counter because everybody realized on the kiosks, which is wrong. No such thing as customer service in fast food anymore!

    Good was cold to say the least, food on the floor including snack wraps pancakes from breakfast in the morning a whole burger over 100 to 150 fries on the ground. And that isn’t it we waited 30 minutes an hour a just to order, after this we waited another 15-20 minutes just to get our 2 shakes and a fry. They cooks were all laughing and giggling back there while we were waiting. Also to add it was a bad environment dirty drink station workers not wearing hair nets dirty floors clogged toilets you name something dirty it was here. Someone needs to be contacted about this IMMEDIATELY.!

    Terrible customer service wouldn’t let me get my food from inside when I was in a hurry. Said I absolutely had to go through the drive through to get my food instead of just giving it to me then and there. Would give 0/10

    My husband and I have gone here every Wednesday since covid and ordered curbside. The last several weeks, the fries were barely even room temperature. Last week they were so disgusting that I took them back in. I was given fresher fries, but an apology would have been nice as well.
