  Honestly, one of our better McDonald’s experiences. There is a problem with the McDonald’s app whereby you cannot order bacon on a big Mac. So we ordered via the app and I told the young man working the counter that I had ordered a side of bacon but wanted it on the sandwich. Simply enough. My wife wanted sweet tea, but they did not have any and the Dr Pepper was very watery so she and my daughter got Sprite, which was fine. We sat and waited and not too terribly long, then the same polite young man brought our order out. Quickly, I realize that my big Mac did not have any cheese so I went to the front counter to ask for some cheese. The polite young man once again asked exactly what I wanted and I told him that my sandwich didn’t have any cheese and then I just wanted a couple slices and would put them on myself. No big deal. Then a loud lady in fact who I would assume was the manager yelled that big Mac only get one slice of cheese. Whatever! Just give me the freaking cheese! So they did, we sat down and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was relatively clean inside, but not spic and span, and it was very cold outside, so it really isn’t a surprise that it was also very cold inside. We had to keep our coats on. My compliments to the young man who helped us on multiple occasions. To the loud lady in back, have a little bit of sense.
