I did use the restroom very clean. This is around 9 o’clock in the morning. The drive-through was very busy. There was only a few people in the restaurant. I have to say I did notice their donut counter where they have all the donuts it was very, very clean. I will go back to this location because the employees there were super friendly, and the place was very very clean. Great job.

Then when I get to the window my order is wrong and I have to reexplain what I want even after they confirmed what I wanted when they took my order at the speaker. It is very frustrating because it is such a small order and an easy one at that and they still can’t get it right. I wish they had someone there that I could understand fully without not being able to understand what they are saying, and that’s not being able to hear them it’s not being able to understand them.

I repeated my order multiple times as they kept telling me “give me a minute” then I had to say my whole order over again. On the screen my order was wrong (food and coffee) and I had to repeat it once again. This has been going on for a few months and I’m starting to now even want to go there anymore. I’m sick of the attitude from employees and the disrespectful was I get when I tell them my order is wrong. Won’t be coming back anymore and I used to love going here since I live close by.
