I asked to get a kid’s keychain for Frostys, and the guy cut me off and said they don’t sell them. No “sorry about that,” no “would you like something else.” Real pleasant. Sorry for your life choices pal, but not my fault. Won’t be back.

Ordered 2 large fries, 1 medium fry and medium strawberry lemonade for about $15. 1 of the fries were ice cold other 2 were piping hot since I ordered with no salt for my daughter and myself. Was told it'll be 58 cents for barbecue sauce smh. Literally no Wendy's near me does this. We didn't ask for 2 or even 3 sauces we asked for 1 for about $15 worth of food. That explains why we we're the only ones in the drive through lol
The teenager wasn't mean, seemed like he was enforcing a silly rule set by poor management.

Just put in a $20 online order only to pull up to the drive through and be told that they did not have my order, and they refused to do anything to compensate me after i explained to them that i already paid and this is the location i placed the order at. Wendy’s as a whole is my favorite fast food, but this location in particular is garbage.
