- BMBryan MDec 30, 20251.0I have been frequently coming to this location for years and have seen a decline in the quality control of the bowls purchased. Either the new employees are not trained properly, incompetent, lazy, or owner is trying to save some money. I paid over $10 for a "Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt" bowl and the advertised picture doesn't even come close to what I received. I ordered through the app and got home to discover my bowl barely had any fruit, it's half of a strawberry minced like an onion and just filled with granola, with just a few blueberries. I called the store and was told by an employee to call Tropical Smoothie Customer Service (each franchise handles any customer issues). Can you provide that number then and was told to Google it. I eventually provided my number to the lady employee requesting for a call from owner/manager but nothing transpired for a couple of weeks. I'm pretty sure the employee never wrote down my number and provided to management. Now just posting my experience so others don't have to waste their time at this location.
