They messed up an order we got back a while ago and Trevor handled it no problems and make everything in an Elite fashion. This is how all chains and restaurants should operate. My burger looked to be missing half of the Pattie, and it was so overcooked it just broke into pieces with first bite. The picture posted looks like I took a bite out of it, but I had not eaten any of it yet.It was also missing the grilled onions, and hot sauce requested. It barely had a piece of bacon and the lettuce I could not even find. Then my large fries were only filled up 3/4 of the way to the top of the cup. This location needs to do better. I will not go back to this location again.

Then I call the restaurant and the guy tells me to go get the milkshake myself and what was missing, the truth is very bad customer service In addition to that, I tried to communicate with the driver and he blocked me.
