Worst service when busy. If you can’t handle it or give eta, stop accepting orders. After waiting an hour they still couldn’t give me an eta or any info at all. Not one order came out of the kitchen for 25 minutes. Most of the food is awful except wings.

They are prioritizing Door Dash. They do not care about orders placed on the app. Order was 55 minutes past scheduled time when we cancelled. Never got the food. Do not use this location, they are a mess.

Enjoyable place! Server was welcoming and fast to get is settled in, food came out in a decent amount of time, not too busy when we went so it wasn't as crowded/loud, food was hot and crispy. I ended up getting the 3 crispy dippers with their b-dubs sauce. My other two friends got the boneless wings and 2-person menu! Definitely a nice place to go to since they open late too!

We watched 4 other tables sit after us, order, eat, and leave. Only after we stated we had to leave after waiting over an hour, did they bring us our food in to go boxes. Girlfriends order wasn't even right, but what could we expect after such a terrible experience. My advice, go somewhere else. I will never be going back.
To the employee that tried to help, we appreciated you.

Terrible service experience.
Lunch took 90 minutes with only about 5 tables populated. A beer took over 10 minutes to arrive. Server incorrectly added/charged us for meat in our queso appetizer. One of the mains was completely incorrect (both on the bill, and the kitchen made an item that matched neither the bill or my order.) Server took our water to refill it and never returned. Server did not bus any items away - the manager had to do it.
Huge kudos to the manager who was working really hard to pick up the slack. He was kind enough to comp us the wrong order.
Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that I’m not sure I’d ever return to this location.
