    I don't even drink but they have OBVIOUSLY the largest selection of whatever you need. They had snacks, soda, glassware which saved me trip to the grocery store. When I couldn't find an item an employee was right there to help. Again, I don't drink and I still recommend.

    It’s so sad I’m here leaving Binny’s a bad review. But the five times I have visited the Geneva location the service has been consistently below standard. Today for example several employees saw me browsing the wine and beer section and none asked if I needed help. The one thing that gets me is the poor customer service at the check out. No greeting or poor greeting (unwelcoming) by the cashier and no ‘thank you’ or anything at the end. It’s like they are doing ME a favor:/ It’s so sad because this is the only location that I have had negative experiences. I truly hope management does something to improve customer service.

    We used Binny’s for our wedding bar, and they were amazing. The team made everything so easy — helping us pick exactly what we needed, answering all of our questions, and making sure we felt confident about our choices. On the wedding day, everything showed up on time and perfectly organized. Our guests loved the drinks, and it really made the night feel special. I can’t recommend them enough!
