  Horrible experience! Do NOT come here. I was refused service in the drive through, which has never ever happened to me. As a family of six people, 2 being small children, the car is going to be slightly boisterous. The Taco Bell worker claimed we were too noisy and she wouldn’t serve us. As the driver tried to back out, another car pulled in. This made it unable to back out essentially. The worker then started passive-aggressively telling us to leave. The driver then exclaimed to the worker than we were unable to pull forward and she very rudely asked us to pull out again. I am filled with anger with this incident. I have ate at Taco Bell many times, and never had any issues or complaints! Until going to this Galesburg location. 100% would not recommend. RUDE and OBNOXIOUS workers, unsafe drive through traffic, and overall horrible experience. I feel like my whole family was put in danger and assaulted, I hope one day we are able to eat at a different Taco Bell again; and granted a different experience.

  The last 2 times I've ordered there foods been cold not even worth the money anymore. I use to love this places but it Garbage now.
