Finally a female employee rolled her eyes and hollered at me "have you been helped?" I said no so she shuffled over. I asked her for a peppermint mocha. She walked away then returned after a few seconds and said "we don't have those anymore". Your restaurant is uninviting, some of your employees are intolerant and your food is overpriced and really not that great. Thankfully you had a bathroom. I guess that will be the only reason that I might stop here again. To pee.

I ask for her name, and she refused, saying she did have to give it. She continued to yell at me, and I continued to ask her to stop yelling at me. I do not feel I should have been treated this poorly. I just wanted my order taken. Was never given service.

The manager told the cashier to refuse service because I wanted my order done correctly when they messed up on the order the mangers and cashiers are so disrespectful and unprofessional something has to be done
