  The staff is friendly. But I honestly don't understand how people like this coffee place. The coffee isn't good , it's supposed to be flavored coffee and all you can taste is espresso. And if you ask for it without your basically drinking a milkshake. And I don't like how you have no menu to look at and they take orders from a tablet. So if you're in the back of the line you don't have no menu to look at to see what you want.

  Went to 7Brew this morning with my 2 kids (goats) Declan took my order, she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and helped me pick the perfect drink! Super friendly and fun visit and I will definitely go back when Declan is taking orders! We also went a few days ago and Dylan took our order, he's a fabulous young man and our service with him is always A+ as well!

  First I just hate when places push tips on you like they do. The employees are nice about it but really I don't want to be asked everyday to tip for a drink I am paying eight dollars for already. I always order their energy drink and occasionally fizz but many times my drinks are flat which is disappointing. I also think it takes too long to get your drink. Flavors are amazing

  Coffee is always good but the drive thru is so slow. This last time I waited 40 minutes and when I got up to the front they were giving people drinks behind me. The girl asked if I got any part of my order to which I said “No, I’ve been waiting for so long I just want a refund.” She went and talked to someone and came back and told me if I get a refund I don’t get my drinks.. Which is fine.. But I waited there forever, and she told me that someone cleared my order before giving it to me.. so I don’t think that’s cool at all. I will not be back. HORRIBLE customer service.
