I stopped into McDonald's for literally just a small soft drink (which was free using my Monopoly reward from the app) And waited over 15 minutes with no service and not one single employee so much as looked me in the eyes, let alone attempted to help me. I heard a manager say something along the lines of "those drinks should not still be on the screen" and yet I still waited for 10 minutes after that. Will NOT be back to this location.
