- BHBrent HoffeldOct 22, 20251.0Food is good majorly of the time, only thing I've noticed it sometimes they miscount on the donut holes and in the past its never been a problem they've never made a huge deal out of it, but the past couple times we've gone the customer service is really poor we noticed the same lady there both times and theres never any greeting, the one time recently that their was donut holes missing she pretty much accused us of trying to steal with what she said, the looks, and attitude and the looks wasnt just coming from her it was another employee that gives looks too. And last time we went there was no greeting, I was left at the ordering window just sitting there until I said something to see if someone was there. And yes these times I did let write dunkin on both occasions, and they added points to my account but Im sort of doubting at this point if customer service will get better...Wish there was another dunkin near by.

I place an online order and it notifies me that its ready but when I get to the drive thru window they tell me they dont have or can't make what I ordered. I literally only order what is on the menu. Nothing special so I dont understand why this is a reoccurring thing. Absolutely ridiculous
