  WOW ! This place has declined ! This store to USED to be our go to,Now you could not pay me to go there What could have been a simple resolution [ a basket of fries and a drink] The manager wants to argue and has prefered pronoun,I dont play the pronoun game, never will spend a dime there again thanks to the EXTREMELY rude know it all manager. *Update* The franchise owner called me and informed me That her other store in Sparta Illinois had an employee state that "we get free food all the time from them" Which is a blatant lie ! Grounds for a slander suit now,simply amazed how the owner was,I treat people with respect until I sense otherwise, I challenge you to ask your Freeburg employees is the " lady in the yellow car " that gets a frappe with an extra shot and domed lid , no topping EVERYDAY a shady individual? Sad thing for you is we will NEVER spend a dime there again EVER!

  Breakfast here had me waiting 10 minutes and then took a guy that came 5 minutes after me first. Management needs to step it up here! Sad because this is such a good town to have crappy service like this!

  Until the past few months, I used to love this McDonald’s… especially the tea.. now it consistently tastes like old frying oil. I can’t even drink it.

  The food is to expensive for what you get. If you are going to raise the prices increase the amount of food you get. Nothing on the menu is worth the doubling and tripling of the prices. It was an emergency stop or I would have gone somewhere else. I repeat "The Food is on Worth The cost
