  Went for an early dinner on a Friday. My wife and I have been to this place before. Food is usually pretty good, service too. There have been some inconsistencies in food preparation but we overlooked those attributing the differences to different cooks working. We get that. Our server however, middle age lady that dresses like a teenager, took forever to take our drink/food order totally screwed it up then disappeared never to return as she was to busy talking and laughing loudly with other clients who I suspect were friends/regulars at the bar and at another table Instead of doing her job by paying attention to guests. Even the guy in a booth next to us had to go to the bar to get another drink for himself and another down the way had to ask a one of the hostesses for a napkin. She never showed back to check on our food which was wrong or ask us if we needed anything else. You could certainly hear her belly laughing and carrying on. Her actions seemed deliberate, without excuse. I had to stop several other workers , a cook and another hostess to ask for extra napkins, condiments my wife had asked for when ordering her meal. Tried asking for our check several times as she flew by ignoring us until she finally heard me. She then had someone else bring us the check. Not sure why this person acted like this but it was quite rude and unprofessional. I see there are several 1 star reviews for service issues. If your trying to be a service oriented restaurant with descent food and want to keep clients happy you should find the right staff to represent what your selling because with regard to service especially, your failing. You just lost another customer.

  The service was absolutely unacceptable. This was easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear we were an inconvenience. We stood at the entrance for several minutes while multiple staff members made eye contact, then simply walked past us without a word. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just blank stares that made us question whether we should even be there. Once seated, things only got worse. The servers were far more interested in chatting with each other than doing their jobs. We watched them stand around talking while our table and others sat completely ignored. Simple requests went unmet. Drinks sat empty. The few times we managed to flag someone down, they acted like we were interrupting their personal time. The pace was painfully slow, not because they were busy, but because no one seemed to care. The atmosphere was so hostile and awkward that it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. I honestly cannot tell you a single thing about the food because the service was that distractingly terrible I feel this review doesn’t even do the experience justice. It was a masterclass in how to make customers feel unwelcome. I won’t be back.
