  I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent experience at your establishment. I placed an order for two Sonic drinks and informed the employee in advance that I would be paying with a gift card. The employee brought out the drinks, but afterward told me that I could not pay with the gift card. When I asked why, she stated that her manager did not allow gift card payments and insisted that I had to pay either in cash or by card. She also told me, in a rude and unfriendly manner, that I needed to resolve the payment quickly because she had other customers to attend to. Due to the situation and her attitude, I felt pressured and ended up paying with my card. As a result, the gift card could not be used, which means that money was effectively lost. This was a very disappointing experience, and the level of customer service I received was unacceptable.

  Ordered on the app waited at the stall after checking in at the stall and then they decide to tell me after 10 minutes that they wanted me to go thru the drive thru.

  Second time here. First time it took 55 minutes. Only 45 minutes the second time. Both times staff and management said they were understaffed. Hey owners, you might make more money if you listen to your staff's request for help. Food is great and you have staff that wants to do a good job.

  Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Destiny you are an amazing person overall a wonderful human. I ran into a huge problem not the restaurants fault but more of a sensory problem and she went above and beyond. Again thank you so much.
