  Placed my oder online, an hour later I get a call from the delivery person saying that they called my phone and it went to voicemail so they left. In the delivery instructions I put my address, apartment number and to ring the bell...I asked the driver if she rang the bell and she said no. What's the point of filling out delivery instructions if they're ignored. The driver said she would come back to deliver it but it would take a while. So I had to wait triple the time to eat cold pizza? No thank you. UPDATE: Over a week later and after sending an email to pizza hut customer service and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK! I never received my pizza and they never reimbursed my credit card! Horrible business and even worse customer service. Why contact corporate if they do nothing?
