- EOEvanysa OquendoFeb 13, 20265.0i went in around 6:15 AM to go to the bakery for sweets for my co workers. as i was grabbing donuts and trying to close the box, i was clumsy enough to accidentally drop 6 donuts out of my dozen that i grabbed. i immediately felt awful, and turned to a work i saw nearby and mentioned the mess i made. im someone who tears that people will be upset (especially at 6am) over something like this. I DID NOT CATCH HER NAME; but she was extremely sweet and kind and helped clean up and even helped me close the donut box. she kept assuring me that everything was okay and seemed happy to help. customer service goes a long way when it's done with compassion and kindness! thank you so much to the lady who helped me! i felt like my morning was so bad but you made it better with your kindness :)

I work in the area but live on the City 45 minutes away..I was trying to get groceries before the bad weather and i was late and was told no by a few employees i couldn't get my order.Drive up and go is a needed service to someone like me who has mobility challenges. He said yes and got my groceries to me with a smile and great attitude. He exemplfies Jewels customer service values.Please recognize him and give him’a raise .Thank you Colin...
