First that older lady in the drive thru that is at the register with the glass. She needs to be fired ! She literally puts your drink on the ledge while the car in front of you is still sitting there then she DO NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES… she grabs your phone her jacket wipe things down but do no change her gloves I’m a nurse you are supposed to change your gloves after touching things that has germs especially phones . The other people are nice but this lady needs to leave … that’s nasty ! I will NOT BE RETURNING UNTILL THEY GET RID OF HER !

The will not give me my refund because it has to go through customer service but customer service doesn’t answer.

When I was denied my 5 dollars back he proceeded to give me attitude and invalidate my experience and my partial consumption of this expired cheese with the statement “A thousand people come into here everyday and don’t complain.” I was 1 person out of a thousand who complained about my cheese being expired and was treated rudely. A thousand people is a lot of people to be serving expired cheese to.
