When I called and spoke with Nicole, the gm, she was rude and would not do anything if I said I was calling the corporate office. When I had to agree I would not call, she said to come back with the order and she would remake it and refund our money. When I arrived Nicole had taken off her jacket, which identifies her, and claimed the gm was not there. She then proceeded to tell me that she refused to remake anything at all.

I visited Panera in Mokena, IL on RT 30 today and was very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup. I ordered a bowl which cost $8.59 and got a half bowl of lukewarm soup. I won't be ordering the soup or the almond pastry again ($4.39) which was average. Also there are few to no options for diabetics in the drink selections
