  You ever have a crappy day and just want something quick...? Yah you expect McDonalds to be mediocre at best but there is no reason for yall to be this lazy and suck at such an easy job. Dude at the cash register took a long time to take our drive thru order and there was literally no one else in the drive thru. 2 cars were sitting waiting for their food in front but thats it. He also had a quite unfriendly attitude when we got to the window. You don't need to like your job but at least try. I used to work at Panda in Oak Lawn and they would never let that fly. We got 2 McDouble meal deals. My burger had basically no mustard or ketchup and was super dry like it was old and partially burnt. My bfs had nothing on it but the cheese and meat that was also super dry and falling apart. No pickles, onions, or condiments. Uhm what??? Also asked for a sweet and sour but they gave us 2 honey mustard. If you're out of something for whatever reason you should probably tell the customer or you're just not listening idk but seriousley it isn't rocket science. Seeing all the other bad reviews from this particular McDonalds is crazy. I've had way better experiences at other ones but this one is always a let down. Unfortunately it's the only one this close by my house. There is almost always something wrong or missing or cold and gross. McDonalds.... do better.

  Two weeks ago, I had the most horrible experience at this location. Being a regular customer, most of the employees know that I do not eat pork so most of my food is either the Steak Bagel or egg and cheese biscuit or mc griddle without the pork. That morning, I decided to get a number 9...the steak and egg bagel. I leave with the food and unfortunately did not check the sandwich before eating thinking everything was fine. Started eating the bagel, two bites and I immediately tasted that it was not steak but pork. Returned to the location and after expressing my frustration, the manager on duty was not caring or showed no empathy to my concerns. She just exchanged the items for the correct food and nothing else. Even some of the employees began to laugh which left a bitter taste in my mouth. Outside of the lack of concern, it also left my stomach upset due to the pork. No empathy, no compassion no concern. Terrible.
