Maybe a misunderstanding, or just not enough attention is brought to the cooks. Today I purchased a bacon quarter pounder. it’s missing bacon. The other day I ordered a deluxe. No lettuce or tomato. Frustrating because I shouldn’t have to double check my food. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back and negotiate. It’s little things.

- AAArthurDec 6, 20255.0so I went to this mcdonalds and I got the grinch meal. it was really good. the person who i assume to be the manager was running around tho and asked me what I got, to which I said "the big mac grinch meal" and he said ok. (i think we was stressed because they were out of the boxes) I got my food and my friend got a quarter pounder with cheese but subbed the bun for the one without sesame seeds because he's allergic. when it came out, however, they hadn't put any of the normal condiments on they normally do and when we told the manager guy (or at least who i assume to be the manager) he was really cool about it and fixed the order, giving us the correct sandwich for free. overall a great place, and the black lady at the register was really nice.
