Half the time I end up spending more time at the customer service counter fixing coupons that didn’t work than I save on the so-called “deals.” The system also discriminates against elderly customers, like my father, who uses a flip phone and can’t clip digital coupons. He’s effectively charged more just because he doesn’t own a smartphone. This feels greedy and predatory—baiting customers with low advertised prices and then making it difficult or impossible to actually get the deal. I guess ripping off your neighbors for a few extra dollars matters more than treating customers fairly.

I ended up leaving without getting what I wanted because I was tired of waiting. I'm always overcharged and end up at the service counter getting a refund every time I go in this store either being overcharged or coupons that I clipped not coming off. They have one good cashier. Janice that I never have a problem with.
