Several customers walked out while we were there taking care of an issue. We placed an order for delivery on their website and paid an extra 10% to have it delivered. I called to verify the delivery and they said we don’t deliver. That’s something new. We’re going to try out in the future and then proceeded just to cancel my order and told me that they were not open at the time. I set my delivery for anyways. The guy must be a Packers fan because a bears fan would never treat people like that. Shame on him. Please do not support this business.!

I told him it was 5: 30. Then his response We had food critics in here today and we have backed up orders. Only if the food critics knew the service sucked for everybody else. Do you want my business or not? Apparently no!! POOR customer service. It's 2 and 1/2 hours away. Before your clothes you can't make me two sandwiches. One a Reuben and one a chicken brisket. I thought to try this place ignorant and rude!! Stay Away people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was immediately told the kitchen was backed up and no additional orders were being taken. I understand restaurants get busy, but the delivery and lack of any effort to offer an alternative, explanation, or future solution made it clear this wasn’t a place interested in earning new business. When you’re evaluating a restaurant for a sizable catering order, how situations like this are handled matters just as much as the food. This interaction alone removed them from consideration. There are several BBQ options in the area. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this one.
