  Señora mayor hispana tomando órdenes y no habla ni español , ni inglés tarde mucho en que me entendiera , debería irse a bordar a su casa y no complicar a los clientes

  Rude service. Their system was down and could not accept mobile orders. They don’t know how this works. It’s not my job to educate your staff. Once a mobile order is paid you cannot cancel through the app, the store needs to refund you. The woman at the window kept repeating “sorry system down. no orders” that’s all she said. I asked what should I do with the mobile order. She repeated once again about the system and then said “just cancel”. Ever since the remodeling this Mcdonald’s has had bad to worst customer service. Make the extra drive to Volo. Shms. 😤

  Witnessed a member of mgmt. use restroom and not wash hands after that……then that member challenged me on it. Not the way to handle that. Felt it was rude

  It is McDonald , most food are the same , this place has beautiful outdoor seating and clean parking lot .

  They have been spitting in my food and have been giving me dirty cups when I order, this has happened so many times I have stopped getting from this place. You guys really need too pick your employees better and treat your customers right. This is unsanitary and absolutely disgusting behavior.
