  Waited 10 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries and actually had to go get it at the front. Then went back to the counter because the food was cold. Four to five employees just looked and didn’t attempt to resolve the matter. lol. Probably no hablo English, tho this is America. Ridiculous.

  I come to this McDonald’s every single day of the work week! Literally EVERY DAY! I work at a dealer right down the street and I work Monday-Saturday. Never been rude to anyone. As a matter of fact I have always praised them! Today a guy that is at the drive thru every day decided he wanted to be completely disrespectful for no reason! I ordered a mocha Frappe and the lid popped off when I went to set my drink in my cup holder splashing the drink on my council. I politely asked for a different lid because upon looking at it it was split on one side. The guy flat out told me NO! And he wasn’t polite or anything. Just NO !” I was like forreal I can’t have a different lid” while trying to show him the split and he doubled down and tripled down Rude as hell! So I asked for a manager! A young lady came to the window and apologized and said that’s how McDonald’s had been sending the lids and I showed her the split, she then gave me a different lid. Then the guy that was still standing right there said “BYE” rude as hell! Antagonizing me…now I know it mean a damn thing to anyone there but I just lost a family member and today is literally my first day back at work in almost a week! I told the immature young child he didn’t need to act like that and he repeated BYE, BYE BYE AND SHOOED ME AWAY WITH HIS HANDS! That is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!! I work in customer service every day. And in the auto industry we deal with some of the WORST DISRESPECT YOU CAN IMAGINE!! I have never spoken to a customer or treated a customer like that!! Now I can never go to this restaRant again because I’m always gonna worry he is going to mess with my food or drinks! You guys should maybe hire a MAN instead of a little boy! Men don’t conduct themselves in such a manner!
