  ordered 3 dozen customized donut boxes & not a single part of any of them were correct. it wasn’t busy in there at all at the time and if you’re spending $50 on donuts you’d think they would put the right ones in the box.

  I had a bad experience at Dunkin'. I ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel but was given bacon, egg, and cheese instead. When I went back to fix it, manager refused to replace it and told me to buy another one. The mistake was theirs, but there was no effort to correct it. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience.

  I had a very frustrating experience at Dunkin at fox lake location I accidentally placed a mobile order for a medium hot drink. When I arrived, I politely asked the manager if it could be changed to a large. I clearly stated I was willing to pay the difference. Despite this being a simple request, she refused without offering any solution. What’s disappointing is that Dunkin promotes the “LAST” customer service model — Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank. None of these were followed. There was no attempt to listen, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. Just a flat refusal. This wasn’t about the drink size—it was about the lack of basic customer service and flexibility. Situations like this are exactly where good management should step up and take care of the customer. Very disappointing experience, and not what I expect from a brand like Dunkin.

  Refused a refund because I didn't check the box before going home. Sweaty stacked donuts for 9$ a box. They dont care about quality or returning costumers. They don't even deserve 1 star
