  don’t even know where to start… my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was a complete disaster. My food arrived cold, the fries were so soggy and limp they were literally inedible, and the ranch cups? Not even half full—what kind of joke is that?! I’ve never been so let down at a restaurant in my life. This wasn’t just a meal.. it was an insult to anyone with taste buds. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place at all costs.

  We went to sit down and the lady was seating us and someone ran out of the kitchen yelling no no no. We aren’t taking anyone else. The lady said you need to go someplace else we are on a 45 min stop. This was at 4:30 on a Saturday. Maybe 3 tables in the restaurant where full.

  Service horrible waited an hour for my order which it my whole lunch ended up canceling the order and they canceled someone else not mine

  Sat at the bar and ordered a drink got the drink and then ordered and immediately was told I have to hold on the bar tender then placed the order of the three guys nex to me and they came in just before me then came back to tell me she won’t place my order in bc now there is a 30 min wait I won’t be back with that being the service I received piss poor

  Called BWW on Christmas eve to verify their hours. The man who answered the phone told me they were open until 5:30 pm. I then placed an order at 3:45 pm online for pickup at 4:45. I was on my way to the restaurant to pick up my food when I received a phone call at 4:38 stating they didn't have any burgers and would I like them to make something else or cancel my order. I stated they could cancel my order. However, since I was already on my way there and had to also visit another business in the area, as I drove past BWW at 4:50 I noticed the restaurant was completely dark and the employees were walking to their cars. I have no problem with businesses closing early on Christmas eve, I believe everyone should get to spend time with their families, but just say that instead of lying about being out of food. I never received a order cancelation email and I still have not received my refund.
